Description

These push down Table Top Scissors are easy to use. To operate simply push down on the “T” shaped handle. The spring will automatically re-open the scissors once the pressure is released. 

Use either by maintaining the paper in a fixed position and moving them along with each cutting action; or by keeping the scissors stable (an anti-slip mat can help with this) and moving the paper towards the scissors. Turn the paper to cut out wavy lines or to cut around a shape.
